  • I will inspect your home or property as if I were buying it.
  • I have passed NACHI's Online Inspector Examination.
  • I have completed and practice by NACHI's Code of Ethics and Standard of Practice.
  • I have completed AHIT Home Inspection Course.
  • I am available evenings and weekends for your convenience.
  • I have completed multiple training courses.  A few of my certifications are:
Commercial and Residential Inspections.
Moisture Intrusion.
Wood destroying organisms.
Deck Inspections.
Septic Inspections.
  • I will generate and provide you with easy-to-read inspection reports and make sure you understand all findings.
  • I fulfill 24 hours of Continuing Education every year to stay as up to date as possible.
